American Homeowner Preservation 2015A+ purchased distressed loans and helped families at risk of foreclosure keep their homes with your support. To reward your commitment, you earned a financial return on your invested capital, and you assisted communities all across the country.
After interviewing investors, analyzing that data, creating the brand, and solving their problems, we successfully created a functional version of the preREO App and marketing website that answered the pain points of investors.

The primary goal was to design a user interface that is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and intuitive to use. Our aim was to provide the user with a clear and concise overview of their investment portfolio accounts and thier current values.
Additionally, we wanted to ensure that the dashboard is responsive and accessible across a variety of devices, so that users can track their investments on the go. Ultimately, the goal was to create a dashboard that empowers users to make informed decisions about their investments and achieve their financial goals.
There were a few challenges. One challenge was ensuring that the dashboard is visually appealing and easy to navigate. This requires a balance between providing the necessary information and avoiding clutter or confusion. Another challenge was making the dashboard intuitive to use, so that users can easily find the information they are looking for and understand how to interact with the dashboard.
Additionally, we had to consider the responsiveness and accessibility of the dashboard, as users may access it from a variety of devices with different screen sizes and capabilities.
Overall, a successful outcome would be a financial dashboard that meets the needs and expectations of the users and helps them effectively manage their investments that is also visually appealing, easy to navigate, intuitive to use, and accessible across a variety of devices.
Focusing on our users needs, and creating a responsive interface, our app would be accessible anywhere on multiple devices.
